The customer (now on Customer) is defined as the person identified by the data given during the registration and whom agrees with the sell conditions.


Products are directly sent from Il Gatto di Made srl (Italy). In the "Products" section colors are just illustrative. Products availability is up-to-date from our warehouse. Shipping costs depend on the products weight.


All prices are expressed in Euros and are to be intended VAT including, except any different written specification. The legitimacy of the prices is valid ONLY for prices indicated during the order confirmation.


With Credit Card or PayPal:
After the Customer has confirmed one of the above-mentioned payment method, Il Gatto di Made srl:
- won't come to know the customer's Credit Card number for it's used an encrypted bank circuit
- will confirm the order
- will immediately send the ordered item(s)
- will issue an invoice or receipt (if previously requested) to the given name

Postal Transfer or Bank Transfer:
The transfer must be made within 5 days from the order to: Company name, address and bank details.
Il Gatto di Made srl is committed to store the ordered items for the following 5 days since the order confirmation. After the 5th day the availability of the product is no longer guaranteed. WARNING: in order to proceed with the shipping, the Customer must send a copy of the payment receipt to .
Once the receipt has been received, Il Gatto di Made:
- will confirm the order
- will immediately send the ordered item(s)
- will issue an invoice or receipt (if previously requested) to the given name

The unsatisfied Customer has the right to return the product (D.Lgs 22/05/99 n. 185 - tutela dei consumatori nei contratti conclusi a distanza) within 14 days from its delivery. To get the refund the Customer has to send back the purchased items within 14 days to the Supplier's headquarters (after the appropriate instructions are given). The Customer has the right of withdrawal without any penalty, the only costs charged to the Customer are the shipping costs. The Customer is committed to keep the received products, in order to return them, with the utmost care and to save them with their original packaging. Shipping returns costs and risks are at Customer's own charge. The return of damaged products or the return of products void of accessories/original equipment won't be accepted by the Supplier and will be given back to the sender with related shipping costs at Customer's charge. The Supplier will proceed with the refund after receiving the products after verifying the accordance with the above-mentioned conditions. The Supplier is committed to handle the refund procedure, via bank transfer, within 3 days from the Customer's request. WARNING: if the return is not delivered and if it's damaged, Il Gatto di Made won't give any refund. In case of objection, the competent court is the court of law of Treviso (Italy). The product will be delivered to the address selected by the user during the order confirmation. The delivery time declared on the website may change and be modified. Shippings are managed with express courier service within 24/48 hours (islands excluded), for islands the estimated time is 48/72 hours. Delays may happens during Italian feast days. At the delivery the Customer shall check:
- number of packages correspond to the number written in the shipping document.
- packaging is intact and not altered (even the closing tape!). In case of tampering and/or breakage, the Customer will immediately have to contest the delivery with "RECEIVED UNCHECKED" on the shipping document copy, to be signed and returned to the courier. (e.g.: BROKEN PACKAGE, DAMAGED PALLET, WET PACKAGE etc..). The Customer is required to report (via email or registered mail) any damage within 7 days from the delivery. For each delivery order the Customer is required to specify at least a telephone number in order to let the courier contact them in the event of problems during the delivery; in case the delivery won't be successful for reasons not attributable to Il Gatto di Made or to the express courier (after 2 delivery attempt), costs for stock or return (depending on the courier) will be charged to the Costumer, it will be possible to pick up the product at the sorting storehouse of the courier.
